Order ID, purchase timestamp, and transaction status provided by Apple when you purchase a subscription or gems via the App Store. We do not receive full payment card details.

Uploaded reference images 30 days after task completion

Transaction records As required by applicable law

After account deletion, we will delete or anonymize your personal information within 30 days, unless retention is required by law.

VividMe is intended for users who are 18 years of age or older. If we learn that we have inadvertently collected personal information from a user under 18, we will promptly delete that data and close the associated account. If you are a parent or guardian and believe your child has provided us with personal information, please contact us immediately.
